Amanda has been a veterinary technician for over 14 years. Previously working in emergency, internal medicine, speciality anesthesia and orthopedics. Amanda is excited for her role at Companion Animal Veterinary Associates and creating a relationship with clients and their pets to help the make good decisions for their furry family members as she follows them thru many life stages. Competing with her own dogs in sporting events, Amanda loves to encourage play, exercise, training and introductions to some of the canine sports her dogs love with your own animals.
Born in Annapolis, Maryland but raised in Delaware, Amanda now lives with her husband, 2 children, 2 horses and 8 dogs. When she’s not at work she can be found horseback riding, at the park with her children or competing with the dogs, which is a whole family affair!
